Demolition Site Manager

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I am recruiting a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. You will join the company's demolition management team and be responsible for the day-to-day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out according to the program while maintaining standards, including health & safety. You will be accountable for producing method statements, risk assessments, and pre-construction documents, so proven experience in this area is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven success managing complex demolition and strip-out projects in the South East
• CCD0 Black Managers card
• First Aid training
• Full UK Driving license
• IT literacy
• Demonstrated stability of employment, holding each previous role for at least 2 years
