Job summary

Map Talent in Oxford is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £5 million healthcare facility project. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality.

The role requires proven site management experience on new-build projects, SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid, with a focus on teamwork and timely problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering new-build construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued between £3m and £10m.
• A background with a main contractor.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• The ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards on site.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (essential).

Responsibilities

An established, family-run regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £5 million new-build healthcare facility in Gloucester.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
