We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an exciting new build affordable housing project in Oldham. The client is looking for extensive experience in affordable housing for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation related to progress, safety, and project updates.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in affordable housing projects, with references to support your expertise.
- Valid CSCS
- Valid SMSTS
- First Aid qualification.
