Job summary

Invision Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager (No.2) to report to a Project Manager and oversee the development of a new build leisure centre from inception to completion. Design & Build/Leisure experience would be beneficial as fast-track development is anticipated upon project progression.

The project is a £15-£20 million leisure centre with a luxurious spa retreat, pools, gym spaces and family activities, delivering premium wellbeing and community-focused facilities.

The Role

My client are looking for an experienced Site Manager (No.2) reporting into a Project Manager to overseeing the development of a new build leisure centre from inception to completion. Previous experience with Design & Build/Leisure would be beneficial. The Client is looking to offer fast track development upon completing offering a Project Manager role.

The Project

Design & Build Leisure Centre £15-£20 Million

Project starts in October and includes:

A luxurious Spa Retreat and Spa Garden, serene pools, dynamic gym spaces and vibrant family activities.

The new schemes will deliver high-quality, modern health, fitness and wellness destinations, designed to enhance member experience and support active lifestyles within their local communities. Each development will reflect the clients premium offering, with a strong focus on wellbeing, leisure and social spaces.
