Job summary

Building Careers UK is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the refurbishment and extension of a leisure facility. You will take full responsibility for safety, quality, and delivery, coordinating a dynamic on-site team on a high-profile project with a minimum duration of nine months.

• Oversee integration of refurbishment works with new build extensions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Number 1 Site Manager on projects from 5m to 10m.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to solve complex site challenges.
• Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 6, HNC/HND) and CSCS/SMSTS certification.
