We are seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a New Build Housing project in Nantwich. Our client, a newbuild housing developer, requires an experienced Site Manager to join their site team for a period of 3 months. You will work under the senior site manager overseeing the structural works of 15 plots.

Responsibilities as Site Manager:

1. Oversee the construction of traditional build structures
2. Maintain health & safety and RAMS on site
3. Report to the Senior Site Manager on site
4. Coordinate labour teams

Requirements:

• Experience in newbuild housing is essential
• Experience in traditional build housing is desirable
• CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications are essential
• Live locally to Nantwich
• UK-based experience is essential
