Job summary

Compass Community Schools in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive School Site Manager to ensure buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, creating a secure environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

You'll carry out repairs, inspections, health and safety tasks, manage external areas, security, logging works, and support school activities, working with a capable team to uphold safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
