Job summary

Kier Group plc. seeks a Site Manager to lead resources and deliver construction projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, sustainability, and long-term relationship building across education, health, defence, and other sectors.

You will be part of the Building Solutions team delivering major regional projects, ensuring policies are followed, and client relationships are strengthened through successful completion.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Demonstrable experience in a site management role.
• Professionally qualified or working towards membership of a professional body.
• Excellent communicator who can influence at all levels.
• Highly organised and driven to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures across the site.
• Lead, manage and motivate operational staff to achieve full potential.
• Manage communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through to project completion.
• Implement operational project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions team, supporting them in delivering major regional projects successfully. Your day-to-day will include:

• Implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across your site
• Leading, managing, and motivating operational staff to achieve their full potential
• Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements
