Are you looking to progress your site management career?

My client is a leading developer contractor that, due to several large project wins, is looking for a Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a main building contractor or developer. They are currently managing several multi-million-pound residential high-rise schemes and are looking to strengthen their site management teams.

You should have experience as a Site Manager on schemes over £10 million, managing trades and labor teams on large, fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activities comply with strict health and safety standards is essential.

You will have delivered large design-and-build schemes from conception through to completion, with a proven track record of finishing projects on time and within budget. Experience with finishes and internals on large construction projects is required. Candidates with a joinery background will be of particular interest, especially for projects ranging from £30 million to £50 million that require strong finishing expertise.

Minimum requirements include:

• A valid CSCS Card
• A valid SMSTS Card
• First Aid certification

Qualifications such as CIOB or NVQ would be advantageous. The company values candidates with a stable employment history seeking long-term positions.
