Job summary

Liverpool Faith School is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee maintenance, security and health & safety of the school site in Liverpool.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure buildings and grounds are safe and well maintained, and act as main keyholder.

The role requires coordinating contractors, supervising site staff, supporting events and lettings, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in site, facilities or premises management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure and safeguarding checks where applicable.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, secure and well-maintained buildings.
• Lead health and safety inspections and coordinate compliance across the site.
• Manage contractors and external service providers and schedule works.
• Act as main keyholder and supervise site staff assigning workloads.
• Support school events and after-hours lettings as required.

A welcoming secondary school in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, security and health & safety of the school site. This is a full-time opportunity starting ASAP.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained.

Key duties include:

• Managing site maintenance and repairs
• Overseeing health & safety compliance and site inspections
• Managing contractors and external service providers
• Acting as the main keyholder for the school
• Supervising site staff and allocating workloads
• Supporting school events and out-of-hours lettings
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security across the site
