Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a well-regarded faith secondary school in Liverpool. The role oversees maintenance, safety, security, and daily operations on site, with a full-time schedule and an ASAP start.

You will manage contractors, ensure H&S compliance, supervise site staff, and support events and lettings while maintaining high cleanliness and security standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in site, facilities or premises management.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance projects.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

The Role
