Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee remediation, piling and groundworks on a major civil engineering project in the UK. You will lead site teams, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.

Strong leadership, communication and health & safety focus are essential. The role requires CSCS Gold, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications, with a proven track record managing subcontractors and ensuring quality and compliance with RAMS

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience within civil engineering.
• Gold CSCS Card.
• SMSTS.
• First Aid.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
