Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a Site Manager for a long-term housing project in Leicester. You will oversee a large scale new build, coordinating labour and ensuring Health & Safety and company procedures are followed.

Experience in housebuilding is essential, with strong communication skills to manage site operations on a joint venture basis with the Principal Contractor.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Valid First aid at work.
• In date SMSTS.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes.
• Strong communication skills.

Site Manager required in Leicester - Long term ongoing project

MadiganGill are currently looking for a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for an immediate start in Leicester.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

General duties will include but are not limited to:

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety
• On site co-ordination of labour
• Ensuring company procedures are followed.

This is a long term ongoing position.

As a Site Manager you must have:
