Job summary

RTS Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of rail infrastructure projects. You will supervise site teams, manage subcontractors and ensure works meet safety, quality and programme targets.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will plan activities, coordinate resources and maintain documentation while promoting a proactive safety culture across the project.

Qualifications

• Relevant HNC/HND or degree in construction, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience managing construction or infrastructure worksites.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient delivery of rail and infrastructure projects on site.
• Coordinate project timescales, resources and budgets with Project Managers.
• Direct and supervise site teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Produce HSQE documentation and promote a strong safety culture.

As part of Arriva Group, we deliver complex rail projects that help keep the nation's rail network moving safely and efficiently.We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing Infrastructure team.This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional to take ownership of site-based project delivery, ensuring rail and infrastructure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, delivery and day-to-day management of construction activities on site, acting as the key point of contact for project teams, contractors and stakeholders.Why Join RTS Infrastructure?As part of Arriva Group, RTS Infrastructure is entering an exciting period of growth and investment.
