As Site Manager, you will be part of our WSP Contract responsible for the Repair and Maintenance on the Yorkshire Water Network, which is critical to the region’s future supply needs.
Ensure all task team works are undertaken safely and in line with procedures and best practices. Work closely with highway inspectors, traffic management, supervisors, and client teams. Monitor risk assessments, set up sites to ensure NRSWA guidelines are followed, and maintain clean and safe work sites by inspecting all work and equipment for defects.
Your remit will be to lead and manage site teams and report to the Project Manager. Set clear targets for daily and weekly tasks. Support SHEQ in toolbox talks, QA memos, liaise with clients and highways. Coordinate resources to ensure the delivery of required daily productivity and monitor the quality of work performed.
Deliver schemes such as open cut, slip lining, pipe bursting, and directional drilling to a high standard, ensuring water quality regulations are met.
