Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Agent to join its delivery team for civil engineering and forecourt projects across the UK. You will manage projects typically ranging from £500k to £2m, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role involves coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams in fast-paced environments, with travel nationwide. You will liaise with clients and senior management to maintain progress and quality on each site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor in construction or civil engineering.
• Essential: Experience on petrol station / forecourt construction or refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of groundworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete works.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to tight programmes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work nationwide as required.
