About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an installation project. This is a hands-on, dynamic role overseeing a mechanical and electrical engineering team ranging from 4 to 8 engineers on site.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating all on-site activity, managing site reporting, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld at every stage of the installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers
• Oversee installation processes including:
• Datum setting of platform positions
• Marking and drilling for column/hanger baseplates
• Raising and fixing of columns, hangers, and beams
• Installation of cross braces, decking, guard rails, and stairs
• Execute and manage the site management plan
• Conduct and lead site coordination meetings
• Weekly site reporting on:
• Progress updates
• Health, Safety & Environmental matters
• Material deliveries
• Site organization and workforce
• Technical challenges
• Resources and planning
• Photo documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing construction or mechanical/electrical installation projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and site operations
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Proficient in project reporting and coordination
• First Aid (5-Day) training - essential
• Experience with ProTrack - desirable
