• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, sustainability and environmental standards, alongside relevant management systems and procedures.
• Identify potential project risks and challenges, implementing effective solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
• Lead, manage and develop site teams, including performance management, mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior team members

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established construction team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in overseeing site operations, maintaining high standards of health and safety, driving quality, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets.

You will provide strong leadership to site teams, develop positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal departments, you will help ensure successful project delivery and maintain high operational standards.
