We're recruiting a Site Manager leading construction of 29 Town houses atour Hertford Locks development - Hertford Locks | New Build Homes Hertford | Berkeley.
Health and safety will be central to your approach. You will help ensure that contractors have the appropriate training, information and competency records, that site documentation is complete and that local and Group procedures are consistently followed. You will also support the timely investigation and close-out of incidents and liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator where required.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
