Berkeley Group plc in Hertford is recruiting a Site Manager to lead the 29-townhouse development at Hertford Locks. You will manage work packages, coordinate trades, and ensure build sequences and quality standards are met.
You will supervise contractors, monitor progress, resolve interfaces, and maintain records. A degree or professional qualification and CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are required, with a track record in traditionally built residential schemes.

We’re recruiting a Site Manager leading construction of 29 Town houses at our Hertford Locks development – Hertford Locks | New Build Homes Hertford | Berkeley.
Health and safety will be central to your approach. You will help ensure that contractors have the appropriate training, information and competency records, that site documentation is complete and that local and Group procedures are consistently followed. You will also support the timely investigation and close-out of incidents and liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator where required.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
