Job summary

Brighton area-based Site Manager needed to oversee construction operations on key projects. You will coordinate day-to-day on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while upholding high quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading site meetings, coordinating materials and labour, monitoring progress and costs, and maintaining detailed site records and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Site Manager in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of H&S legislation and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Driving licence and ability to travel locally as required.
