Job summary

We Are Footprint is recruiting on behalf of a contractor for a capable Site Manager to lead a £10m healthcare development. The role covers daily site operations, safety and programme delivery on a demanding healthcare project.

The ideal candidate will have proven Site Manager experience, and essential healthcare construction and modular/MMC experience, plus strong subcontractor and team leadership capability. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction projects.
• Healthcare construction experience is essential.
• Experience with modular/MMC construction and coordinating site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and safety on site.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to deliver to programme.
• Ensure works progress safely, efficiently and to plan.
