Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will manage all on-site activity on this development of circa 60 high quality traditionally built family homes.

The company prides itself on quality, and the site will run as a phased development over three years.

Qualifikationen

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS card required.
• First Aid at work preferred.

• Lead on-site activities for development of ~60 homes across Surrey and South London.
• Coordinate trades, supervise quality workmanship and safety compliance on site.
• Drive a snag-free handover and meet project milestones over a three-year phased program.
