Job summary

Candidates should be experienced across all build stages, with strong trade management and sub-contractor coordination, plus valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid at Work qualifications.

Qualifications

Randstad CPE team is looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager available for temporary, short‑term cover and freelance contracts across Reading, Newbury, and surrounding Berkshire areas. Proven track record managing volume housebuilding sites (PLC & regional), keeping programmes on track, and upholding high H&S standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experienced across all build stages (Groundworks to Final Handover / Customer Care)
• Strong trade management, sub‑contractor coordination, and daily site administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, quality control, and site safety
• Valid Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work
