Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is urgently seeking Site Managers for premier fit-out projects in London, including high-end dining and fitness sectors. You’ll join an expanding team delivering £3m–£7m schemes, working with the Project Manager on all aspects of quality, programme, sub-contract management and safety.

We are seeking candidates with recent relevant experience and active SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS credentials.

Qualifications

• Recent relevant experience.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications.
• Can do attitude and readiness to drive site success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in the London area under Project Manager oversight.
• Ensure quality, programme, subcontract management and site safety.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
