Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead an upcoming architectural metalwork project in Central London. You will oversee on-site delivery of a staircase installation, manage trades, and ensure safety, accuracy and progression from start to finish.

The role requires directing 5–10 operatives, supervising structural steel/architectural metalwork on-site, and enforcing RAMS and safety standards while coordinating site logistics to meet programme.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS card and First Aid at Work certification.
• Proven background managing structural steel or architectural metalwork installation projects on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 5–10 operative staff on-site.
• Management and technical oversight of specialist metalwork and staircase installations.
• Enforcing health & safety regulations, conducting daily briefings and RAMS, and managing site logistics.
