Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to join a major project in Central London. The role focuses on managing day-to-day site activities across cut & carve and structural steel, coordinating installation and ensuring safety and quality.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and design teams, manage subcontractors and resources, and ensure delivery to programme and standards. SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with structural steel installation and alterations.
• Experience on complex refurbishment or major commercial projects.
• Good understanding of structural sequencing and temporary works.
• Strong subcontractor and workforce management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering work to programme.
• Relevant site management qualifications, ideally SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
