Job summary

Ionic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a kitchen refurbishment contract across Shropshire and the surrounding areas. You will oversee works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard of quality and within the programme.

This hands-on role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and maintaining excellent standards of customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee kitchen refurbishment works across multiple sites.

  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all sites.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.
  • Manage site activities, resources and sequencing to minimise disruption and delays.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
  • Liaise with clients, customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports and relevant project documentation.
  • Ensure sites are kept safe, clean and well organised throughout the works.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and completion.
  • Support the successful handover and completion of works to the required standard.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of managing refurbishment or construction projects, ideally with experience in kitchen refurbishment or similar residential works.

You will be:

  • Strong on health and safety, quality and compliance.
