Randstad CPE is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead major civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Gloucestershire. You will manage site delivery, drive safety, quality, and environmental standards while maximizing commercial performance.
You will direct multi-disciplinary site teams, manage programs, RAMS/ITPs, procurement, and act as the primary client interface with regular progress meetings and monthly reporting.
This Site Manager position offers an outstanding opportunity to manage major civil engineering and infrastructure projects based out of Gloucestershire. You will take full operational responsibility for daily site delivery, driving high safety, quality, and environmental standards while maximizing commercial performance.
You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in heavy civil engineering, particularly involving deep drainage or water infrastructure projects. Your technical knowledge is paired with strong direct labour leadership, commercial awareness under NEC contracts, and sound operational planning skills.
