Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Agent to deliver major civil engineering and infrastructure works on a live programme. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage safety, quality, and progress against NEC contracts, and drive efficient delivery of earthworks, pipelines, and structures.

The role requires SMSTS and CSCS, a strong civil background, and a track record of managing complex sites in live environments.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS certification.
• Experience as Site Agent / Sub Agent / Senior Engineer responsible for site delivery.
• Strong civil engineering background delivering infrastructure (highways, utilities, water, energy, rail, heavy civils).
• Experience under NEC contracts and managing complex live-site environments.

Overview

Site Agent – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure (Outside IR35 Contract)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

This role will see you taking responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works across a range of schemes, including earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, pipelines, drainage, utilities, and associated infrastructure. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, programme delivery, health and safety, quality assurance, and resource management.

You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing construction activities, driving programme performance, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. Previous experience working under NEC contracts and managing complex construction activities within live environments would be highly beneficial.
