Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Finishing) for a live student accommodation project in Dundee. This immediate start contract focuses on the final finishing stages, with a requirement for meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record on finishing trades.

You will coordinate M&E works, supervise subcontractors, drive quality and snagging, ensure safety on site, and liaise with the project team to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager on finishing projects.
• Strong M&E knowledge and experience.
• Experience working on student accommodation, residential, or similar schemes.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Available to start ASAP.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee on an immediate start.

This 2‑month contract focuses on the final stages of the project. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing finishing trades. A strong M&E background is essential, as you’ll be overseeing the completion and coordination of mechanical and electrical works alongside the finishing programme.
