Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering public sector, commercial or secure environment projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Good understanding of construction programmes, quality and H&S requirements.

Site Manager | North Yorkshire & North East | £55k - £65k + Package

We're currently working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Site Manager to deliver a programme of Ministry of Justice projects across North Yorkshire and the North East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role will involve managing site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
