Job Opportunity: Site Manager in Derby

Responsibilities:

1. Manage subcontractors and teams, addressing issues as they arise
2. Implement and monitor all Health and Safety policies and procedures
3. Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the site
4. Ensure timely delivery of projects to high standards

Qualifications:

• Owns a vehicle
• Holds a valid SMSTS qualification
• Experience managing commercial or residential sites
• Experience with Fit Out projects
