Job summary

Target Staff Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to cover holidays for 2-4 weeks on a Cramlington Hospital project. You will oversee a small team of Dryliners and labourers, coordinating trades and ensuring progress on internal and external works.

The role requires CSCS card, SMSTS, medical certificate, Face Fit, IPAF and First Aid, with hours 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday. This temporary position demands practical site management and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of Dryliners and labourers.
• Ability to cover holidays for 2–4 weeks.
• Experience on internal and external works on hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise trades on site.
• Ensure safety, quality and programme are maintained.
• Coordinate labour, plant and deliveries to site.
