Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a Corby project to oversee and assist with installation works. The role requires supervision of joinery/fit-out teams, site coordination and delivery to high standards.

You will lead operatives on site, ensure health and safety compliance, liaise with site management and maintain programme quality. Immediate start available for the right candidate with CSCS and supervisory qualifications.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong background in joinery, fit-out or installation projects.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Relevant CSCS card and supervisory qualifications where required.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in joinery, commercial fit-out or installation works, with the ability to supervise operatives, coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
