Due to new project awards, we have several available positions for SITE MANAGERS in BELFAST and MID ULSTER. Candidates must demonstrate experience in New Builds.

Location: BELFAST, MID ULSTER

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time and to high standards
• Report directly to senior management, including contracts managers and project directors
• Maintain accurate and professional records and reports
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Conduct risk assessments
• Follow construction drawings and detailed works information
• Survey sites to mitigate problems and assess design viability
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Negotiate contracts with direct and subcontract staff
• Liaise with engineers and understand site-level operations

Site Manager Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and proactively
