Job summary

TSR Nottingham Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead a new-build residential care home project in Colchester, from inception to handover.

The role starts as a 12-week temporary position with a view to permanent employment on successful completion. You will own the site, keep it on schedule and within budget, and enforce safety and environmental standards across all works.

Strong communication with trades and subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing trades and subcontractors on a residential site.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

Our Client are looking for a site manager to manage a new build residential project in Colchester, this is an initial 12 week temporary role leading to a permanent contract on successful 12 week duration

The Site Manager will deliver a high-quality, new-build residential care home from inception to handover. You will maintain full site ownership, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all safety and sector-specific building standards.
