We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an 11 week job, a full CAT-A & CAT-B commercial fit-out project in a central Cheltenham location.
Project Duration: 11 weeks
Start Date: mid June 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day activities of running a busy site;
Full responsibility of all H&S aspects;
Management of all subcontractors;
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard as as per the programme;
Liaising with all stakeholders;
Overseeing construction works;
Attending weekly site meetings with the client and project manager.
Requirements:
SMSTS essential;
Black Card preferred;
Previous experience in commercial fit-out essential;
Strong organisational and excellent communication skills;
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth project execution;
Solid understanding of H&S regulations;
Team player able to roll sleeves up;
Small elements of building work to undertake.
