Bromford Housing Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of housing schemes across South Gloucestershire, ensuring on-time completion, budget control and safety. You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate suppliers, with a focus on quality and customer handover.
The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible base across offices and travel to multiple development sites. A company car or cash allowance is provided.

We’re looking for anexperienced Site Managerto lead the delivery of our schemes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this role, you’ll manage on-site teams - including direct employees and subcontractors - and ensure full compliance with health and safety policies while achieving production targets. You’ll coordinate staff, suppliers, and utility providers to maintain efficiency and exceptional build quality. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you’ll keep the scheme on track and take responsibility for final inspections and the handover process, delivering homes with minimal snagging.
As a leader, you’ll motivate and develop your team, manage performance, and drive cost-efficient outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by following company processes and managing the customer journey effectively.
This is a permanent, full-time role managing sites in and around South Gloucestershire.Due to travel requirements, we’ll provide a company car or a cash allowance alternative.
