The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage a large Steel Cladding package as part of a major project based in Cardiff. This is a pivotal role on a complex, multi-year development, offering real long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for managing the Steel Cladding package on site

*

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to ensure efficient and timely completion

*

Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintained

*

Manage site logistics, programming, and quality control related to cladding works

*

Work closely with the Project Manager and senior site team to meet project deadlines and milestones

*

Maintain accurate site records and report progress to senior management

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing Steel Cladding packages on large-scale construction projects

*

Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation methods

*

Background working for reputable main contractors

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential

*

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
