Location: Lincoln
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of upcoming care home and healthcare construction projects in Lincoln.

You will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, maintaining compliance, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and coordination of site operations.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project programmes and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations, construction standards, and quality requirements.
- Ensure projects remain on programme and work is delivered in accordance with predetermined schedules.
- Liaise professionally with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve site‑based issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation, inspection records, and site reports using the company's digital software systems.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all site personnel follow appropriate procedures and standards.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of communication and organisation.
About You
We are seeking a confident and proactive Site Manager with proven construction experience and the ability to take ownership of site delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar position within the construction industry.
- Experience working on care home, healthcare, commercial, refurbishment, or similar construction projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Word and general digital/word-processing software.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

- GCSE or equivalent preferred.
