Options Resourcing has been tasked with finding an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in fit-outs and modular construction. We are seeking a driven and highly organized professional to lead the successful delivery of a specific project in Bridgwater.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all phases of the internal fit-out and modular build process on-site. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, your focus will be on ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
2. Coordinate internal fit-out schedules, trades, and deliveries.
3. Manage modular installation and integration on-site.
4. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
5. Track project progress, report updates, and mitigate risks.
6. Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on modular or off-site build projects.
2. Strong background in high-spec internal fit-outs.
3. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Platinum), and First Aid certification.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
