Responsibilities of the Fit Out Site Manager

1. Manage the construction site, including supervision of sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety of personnel, and maintaining quality and workmanship.
2. Proficiently manage various sub-contractors such as steel erectors, builders, M&E specialists, fit-out personnel, and joiners.
3. Work effectively from the ground up on full-envelope commercial projects with prior Site Manager experience.
4. Coordinate with professionals including designers, engineers, and architects.
5. Design and oversee the construction programme to maximize efficiency and ensure timely completion.
6. Maintain all document control processes as part of project management.
7. Manage all health and safety policies and procedures.
8. Ensure project delivery on time and to the highest standards.
9. Develop and implement cost-effective management strategies.
