We are seeking a proficient Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our construction site in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will ensure efficient management of site needs, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness while meeting project deadlines.
**Responsibilities:**
- Take ownership of site management, ensuring timely project delivery within quality and budget guidelines.- Supervise all Foremen, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and proper handling of plant equipment according to procurement procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of construction management experience, preferably in the waste or recycling industry.
- Proficiency in geotechnical aspects is advantageous.
- Valid certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and CPCS where applicable.
- Competitive salary: Up to £60, per year.
