Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a concrete repairs programme on a busy commercial site in Aberdeen. This contract role aims for approximately four weeks with a possibility of extension to a permanent position.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will hold a valid SSSTS, CSCS card, and experience managing subcontractors, with strong health and safety knowledge and excellent communication and organisation skills.

Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS (minimum requirement).
• Previous experience as Site Manager/Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Relevant CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site in Aberdeen.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to meet programme targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and manage on-site coordination.

Site Manager - Contract - 28.00 - 30.00 per hour CIS - Aberdeen (holiday cover)

Immediate start for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site in Aberdeen. This is going to be circa 4 weeks however this opportunity could lead to a permanent position within the company.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00

Requirements:
