Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term contract in Kirkcaldy to oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site. Immediate start, approx 4 weeks, with potential to become permanent.

You must hold SSSTS, CSCS, and have previous site management or supervisory experience, plus strong health and safety knowledge, and good communication and organisational skills to manage subcontractors and coordinate activities.

Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS certification required.
• Experience as Site Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Relevant CSCS card.

Job description

Site Manager - Contract - £28.00 - £30.00 per hour CIS - Kirkcaldy (holiday cover)

Immediate start for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site in Kirkcaldy. This is going to be circa 4 weeks however this opportunity could lead to a permanent position within the company.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00

Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS (minimum requirement)
• Previous experience working as a Site Manager / Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
• Relevant CSCS card
