Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a short-term contract to oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site. Immediate start and 4-week duration with potential for permanent opportunity.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Successful candidate will hold SSSTS, CSCS, and have strong health & safety knowledge, with proven subcontractor coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS as the minimum requirement.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Relevant CSCS card held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site in Kirkcaldy.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain site safety standards and report progress daily.
• Assist with short-term holiday cover and handover to permanent staff if applicable.

Assistant Site Manager - Contract - £24 per hour CIS - Kirkcaldy (holiday cover)

Immediate start for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to oversee a concrete repairs programme on a commercial site in Kirkcaldy. This is going to be circa 4 weeks however this opportunity could lead to a permanent position within the company.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00

Requirements:
