What we’ll need from you

• Experience leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Effective management experience of a storage or distribution site.
• Understanding of transport compliance, including vehicle maintenance, drivers’ hours, tachograph regulations, and the Working Time Directive.
• Experience managing company processes related to sales, stocks, and financial controls.
