Job summary

SkyBound is seeking an experienced Site Management Lead to own the operational lifecycle of customer sites, from survey and design to deployment, onboarding and maintenance. The role sits in the Service Delivery team and will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across GIS, procurement, engineering and flight operations.

You will build processes, standards and a scalable function to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex deployments or operational infrastructure.
• Ability to create structure and scalable processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site management from survey to deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and document standardised site delivery processes.
• Coordinate site surveys and capture accurate specifications.
• Work with GIS and technical teams on site and flight-volume design.
• Onboard new sites into our software and operations environment.
• Coordinate deployments with PMO and partners.
• Establish processes for site maintenance and support.
• Identify recurring issues and improve deployment efficiency.
• Build systems and reporting for site status and performance.
