Lodge Trust is seeking a Site Maintenance Worker to keep our Market Overton site safe, functional and presentable. The role blends indoor and outdoor maintenance with practical tasks and a proactive, hands-on approach.
You’ll work with the Facilities team to ensure high standards, support events, and assist residents and staff. A trade background and a flexible, problem-solving mindset are valued.
Job type: Full-time, 40 hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (+ callout rota)

Role Purpose
The Site Maintenance Worker plays a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and well-presented environment across the Lodge Trust site.
The role combines general maintenance and repair responsibilities with practical external and grounds-based work, ensuring both buildings and outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard.
This is a hands‑on, varied role, requiring a proactive approach and sound practical skills. The ability to work across outdoor estate maintenance tasks and additionally support the indoor maintenance aspect of the Facilities department.
